Destination Leadership

For 45 years, Leadership Tulsa has been an idea. An idea that talented people from many different backgrounds and viewpoints, who share a love for Tulsa, can come together to build knowledge, skills and connections in service to this community. Our alumni are serving in every sector of this community and giving of their time through public, nonprofit and professional service.

Today, we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to support our expansion with 7,800 square feet of customized office, training and co-working space, which will create a new Leadership Center in a renovated downtown warehouse. The selected location, 415 E 12th Street, will allow us to become an anchor tenant in the emerging downtown historic Gunboat Park neighborhood just south of the downtown Home Depot. We anticipate moving into the space in Spring 2020.

This new space will allow us to:
• Host and expand our own program offerings
• Provide vastly more alumni and member engagement, trainings and workshops
• Be a convenient location for your company or organization off-sites
• Provide turnkey teambuilding and strategic planning services to groups
• Offer co-working space and a limited number of leased offices to our members who are engaged in entrepreneurial activities or just need a convenient downtown hang-out between meetings

Class Challenge
We have set a $60,000 class challenge goal. These funds will support our campaign to purchase furniture fixtures and equipment for our new space, raise operating and program support, and provide increased scholarship funds.
RULES:
• Every gift by an alumnus of any program counts toward their class total as well as corporate matching gifts associated with a personal gift.
• Gifts from program alumni of classes such as New Voices, Thrive, Hispanic Leadership Institute, will be collected as one class for the purposes of the challenge.
• Every contributing class of any amount will be recognized on a special Class Challenge donor wall.
• Individual donations of $5,000 and greater will be recognized on the permanent Destination Leadership donor wall as well.
• Gifts can be paid out over as much as three years.
• The top five classes contributing will be invited to a special celebratory class party in the new space soon after opening day.
• Deadline for participation in the challenge is midnight of leap day, February 29, 2020. #leap
