The mission of Leadership Tulsa is to identify, develop, and connect diverse leaders who impact the community through service. The Paragon Awards were designed to recognize exceptional contributions by Leadership Tulsa members serving our community.
Leadership Tulsa presents the Paragon Awards to recognize and reward a wide variety of Leadership Tulsa members who impact the community through service. We are pleased to present 7 focused categories for nominations.
- Nominations are due September 18.
- Nominations can be made by organizations, Leadership Tulsa members, or any individual in the community.
- Winners will be recognized at our Paragon Awards event the evening of November 14, 2019.

THE AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS
2019 Paragon Award Winner
- Presented to a graduate in good standing of any Leadership Tulsa program
- Presented based on impact and to a specific non-profit agency in the Tulsa metro region or for a history of service to many nonprofit agencies.
Public Service Award
- Presented to a graduate in good standing of any Leadership Tulsa program
- Presented to an individual for outstanding service in any elected public office
Non Profit Staff Award
- Presented to a graduate in good standing of any Leadership Tulsa program
- Presented to an individual for outstanding service in a paid role at a non-profit agency in the Tulsa metro region
Rising Star Award
- Presented to a graduate in good standing of any Leadership Tulsa program who is currently under 40
- Presented to an individual for outstanding young leadership in the community
TO NON PROFIT OR BUSINESSES
Non Profit Award
- An award to an agency who has hosted LT interns to great effect
Corporate Award
- An award to a company who has provided exemplary support for their employees to be involved in community service
Corporate Award – Small Business
- An award to a small business who has provided exemplary support for their employees to be involved in community service

Nominations are due no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 18. Nominations can be made by organizations, Leadership Tulsa members, or any individual in the community.
All nominations are confidential. Winners will be announced once they are contacted and agree to accept the awards. Winners will be recognized at our Paragon Awards event the evening of November 14, 2019.
