Leadership Tulsa’s Change Management: Leading Through Complexity workshop series offers a three-part workshop experience designed to equip community and organizational leaders with practical tools and mindsets for leading through change.
Session 1: Diagnosing the Challenge- Adaptive vs. Technical Solutions
Learn how to identify whether a challenge requires a technical fix or adaptive leadership. This session equips you to respond effectively by understanding the root of complex problems. This workshop is facilitated by Marcia Bruno-Todd. Lunch will be provided.
