CapacityX is a transformative leadership development program that strengthens nonprofit leaders and their organizations. Available as a longitudinal journey of up to three years or in cohort format, this program equips leaders with practical tools for organizational sustainability and lasting impact.
Born from a partnership between Leadership Tulsa, and For LITE Solutions, a consulting agency for the bold and the believers, CapacityX meets leaders where they are and walks alongside them as they build power and transform systems. Using adaptive frameworks and guided support, leaders develop the clarity and capacity to navigate complexity with confidence. This inaugural cohort is generously sponsored by The Commemoration Fund.
