Vanguard: LEAD aims to identify, equip, and connect emerging nonprofit and healthcare-focused leaders with the tools to assess complex systems, identify resources and assets, participate in purposeful collaboration, and design action-centered solutions to better serve the Tulsa community.
The ideal candidate represents a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on underserved or marginalized populations in Tulsa. Candidate should have organizational decision-making power and targeted programming that can be linked to at least one of the social determinants of health. The LEAD cohort will be limited to 15 people.
Candidates will need to commit to leading with visible integrity, championing health-focused work, completing all assignments, attending trainings, and exhibiting profound curiosity to expand their perspectives and skills. Sessions are from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Leadership Tulsa (1151 S Elgin Ave, Tulsa, 74120).

- Interpersonal Leadership Style (ILS) evaluation
- Nonprofit organizational strengthening self-assessment
- Logic model
- Community asset map
- Organizational action plan
- Introduction to systems-level thinking framework
