Leadership Tulsa is seeking a full-time Development Manager. This position will be focused on successful recruitment, retention, and communications with funding partners for our adult and youth programs. Duties include grant-writing, fundraising, and management of our corporate partner relationships. We’re seeking excellent communicators who excel in relationship-building, are results-oriented, have strong project management and computer skills. Previous fundraising or nonprofit experience a plus! Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401k plan and generous time off. Expected salary range in the mid-50s to low 60s.
